WHA was delighted to have advised Hays Travel on its recent acquisition of Victoria Travel Group, including the headline brands Cruise.co.uk and Seascanner. This is a significant transaction for the UK’s largest independent travel agent in that it expands the Hays Travel footprint further into the global cruise market as well as being their first investment into an online travel agency. It was a pleasure to once again work with the incredible Hays Travel leadership team—Dame Irene Hays, Jonathon Woodall-Johnston (COO), and Ken Campling (CFO).
